1. Return & Exchange Policy

No Refunds / No Returns — Exchange Only.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

To qualify for an exchange:
• Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
• Exchanges can only be made for items that are currently in stock.
• You cannot exchange your set for a new or upcoming drop.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Please contact us prior to sending back your item for exchange approval.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment must be completed before processing or shipping any order.

3. Shipping Policy (Online Orders)

4. In-Store Pickup Policy

• Pickup Window: Orders must be picked up within 5 days of purchase.
• Order Confirmation: Required at pickup.
• Same-Day Pickup: Sometimes available. Updates are posted daily on our Instagram page — check before ordering if you need your order the same day.

5. Sizing & Fit Information

Most items fit true to size but have a snug fit. If you prefer a looser, more relaxed feel, we recommend sizing up.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After this time, we begin processing and are unable to make changes or cancellations.
