Returns & Exchanges

No Refunds / No Returns — Exchange Only
We do not offer refunds or returns at this time. Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery or purchase.
To qualify:

  • Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Exchanges can only be made for items that are currently in stock.

  • You cannot exchange a previous purchase for a new drop or unreleased item.

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Policy (Online Orders)

Processing Time: 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options: Standard, Expedited, or Local Delivery.
Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order details so we can assist you.


In-Store Pickup Policy

Pickup Window: Orders must be picked up within 5 days of purchase.
Order Confirmation: Please bring your order confirmation for verification.
